The single shot.

  • This shot composes 1 main point they are trying to tell the story about.

The two shot.

This shot composes the main two point of the story.

The triple shot.

This shot composes 3 main characters in the story and how they work together.

The four shot.

This is the four shot containing the four main characters of the story, and from here it keeps going on depending on how many main characters are in the story.

The ots shot.

The over the shoulder shot acts like a hybrid between a single and a two shot.

The POV shot.

The POV covers a wide range of perspectives, such as a person, an alien, a camera, and much more.

The insert shot.

The way the information is framed is often even more important than how prominent it is ons screen. Inserts can also be combined with POV shots.

The dirty shot.

This shot can be any of the shots, it can be POV, ots, single, double, triple the reason it is dirty is because there is a part of another person in the shot just not shown well, meaning it is a dirty shot.

The low angle shot

This shot is used to make heroes and villains alike look more powerful.

The high angle shot.

the low angle tends to bring the character up, as the high angle shot beats them down, high angles are usually used to diminish a character making them appear weak or vulnerable.
